Tofu Cat Litter

Next is the equally popular tofu pudding! Tofu sand is a type of cat litter made from discarded bean residue, with a subtle bean flavor that absorbs water, expands, and dissolves when exposed to large amounts of moisture. It can be used to flush toilets, which is why there are currently many cat lovers.

The styles of tofu sand mainly fall into two categories:crushed and strip,crushed  involves shaping tofu sand into sand-like shape, which not only reduces the likelihood of cat rejection but also significantly enhances coating and deodorization performance. Long strips are pressed into thin strips to reduce the risk of cat litter being taken out of the basin, resulting cat litter everywhere in the house.

Pinewood Cat Litter

Pinewood cat litter (also known as pine litter) is favored by many cat owners. There are two types of wood cat litter: clumping and non-clumping (disintegrating). The non-clumping variety is relatively more common. It is made of compressed wood pellets formed into elongated shapes and has a distinct woody aroma. 

When it comes into contact with water, it disintegrates, requiring a double-layer litter box to filter the broken-down waste into the lower compartment. The clumping type, on the other hand, is processed into granular form and is used similarly to conventional clay litter. It is considered a more environmentally friendly option.
